Songs from the heart-Video interview with Austin Artist Leticia Rodriguez

Most of us have heard of musical families, but Leticia Rodriguez is truly part of one. She and her brothers grew up in a home filled with music. Not only does she sing, but she dances and acts, too. Leticia’s singing career is focused on keeping boleros alive and well. If you don’t know what boleros are, watch the interview and find out!  Be sure to visit Leticia’s new website, too.

We compiled a short video (under 2 minute) of some responses we’ve received from our artists when asked how Austin compares to other cities.  The responses are really varied, which is one of the things that makes these people so darn interesting!  Have a look…and let us know what YOU think of Austin.

For those about to rock-Video interview with Austin Artist Street Light Suzie

Austin Artists.com met with Street Light Suzie, an up and coming rock band. Austin has many musicians, and to stand out, you’ve got to have your musical act together. In true rock ‘n roll form, they are working their way up the ladder, having been on multiple US tours, with another underway. They are as entertaining off the stage as they are on! These guys were a great interview, but if you don’t like “colorful” language, beware.
