Austin-Artists.com got to sit down with executive chef Josh Watkins at the Carillon restaurant recently. Not only is chef Watkins responsible for the Carillon, he has several other facilities to oversee as well. He has a great story to tell and we know you’ll want to visit the Carillon soon. Enjoy!

Austin-Artists.com had the opportunity to meet executive chef Shawn Cirkiel at his Parkside restaurant in Austin recently. Shawn is passionate about what he does, and you’ll enjoy hearing his story on how he got started, his inspiration for his culinary art and critical skills for chefs.
